Bathroom Redo

I made it through finals! High fives all around!!

Now that I am finally out of school I get to focus on my to do list at home.  At the top of said list is our downstairs bathroom.  She needs some love.  Here is some inspiration I've been collecting.

I am having a hard time locking down my concept!  It's between black/brass/white or white/natural elements/brass.  I am worried that if I incorporate black it might feel a little colonial vintage which isn't my jam. 

We will most likely keep the existing vanity and get a new countertop and sink which will be white.  If I go with the black/white/brass concept I will paint the vanity a super glossy black.  If I go with the other concept the vanity will either be painted white or possibly stained? Decisions! 

So what do you guys think? Which concept do you vote for?

Holy smokes. I can't believe April passed this little blog by, but it sure did.  I have been spending my days at school wrapping up huge final projects.  Three studios has been insane this semester, but it has seriously been so much fun.  I just have this week and next and then I am welcoming summer with open arms, sunscreen and back yard twinkle lights.
